1 PRICING

1.1 Prices are subject to change without notice.

1.2 Prices do not include delivery charges.

1.3 FTO Supercharged are not liable for any import duties or taxes for products shipped overseas and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to investigate this prior to ordering.

1.4 Pricing mistakes will only be honoured if we are not making a loss on the product.

 

2 DELIVERY

2.1 Most of the kit items are not held in stock and are made to order therefore there may be a delay between ordering and the dispatch of goods.

2.2 Goods will be sent with insurance and tracking and the customer will be provided with the tracking number after dispatch.

2.3 Items should be inspected for damage upon receipt and FTO Supercharged are to be notified of any such damage within 3 working days.

 

3 WARRANTY

 

 

4 REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

FTO Supercharged wish to ensure that it's customers are completely happy with the products provided and therefore offer a 100% money back guarantee subject to these following conditions:

4.1 FTO Supercharged are to be notified of the return within 7 days of receipt of the product by the customer. Returns and subsequent refund after this time will only be accepted subject to approval by FTO Supercharged and FTO Supercharged reserve the right to refuse a refund after the 7 day period has elapsed.

4.2 Approved returns are to be dispatched to FTO Supercharged within 7 days of receiving approval to the address provided. 

4.3 The product is to be returned to FTO Supercharged at the cost of the customer, it is in the returning customers interest to obtain insurance and tracking as FTO Supercharged will not issue a refund until in receipt of all returned products.

4.4 The returned product shall be returned unused and in it's supplied packaging and condition with no alterations and no damage unless this is the reason for return and this has already been approved.

 

5 PRODUCT USE POLICY

5.1 All and any modifications to vehicles are entirely at the risk of the owner/purchaser of products and it is up to the owner/purchaser to check the legalities of carrying out such modifications and subsequent use on public roads.

 

6 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1 All plans, diagrams and data provided by FTO Supercharged remain the property of FTO Supercharged and shall not be reproduced or used for any purposes without prior permission.

6.2 The customer shall not in any way attempt to reproduce the products or engage a third party to do so without prior permission from FTO Supercharged.
